溢れ出る感情を剥き出しに表現する凄まじいライブ・パフォーマンスで、各地の音好きを魅了するインストゥルメンタルバンド。そのサウンドは緻密に構成された楽曲ながらも、どこからか心地よいメロディーが湧いてきて、インストバンドらしからぬ人間味のある暖かさを投げかける。

 

バンド結成より四人編成のバンドであったが、現在はギター、ドラム、ベースのスリーピースで活動。オーディエンスと一体になって音と戯れるように遊び、人間の根源に潜む喜怒哀楽を剥き出しにする演奏で、これまで朝霧JAM、TAICOCLUB、RUSH BALL、SYNCHRONICITYなど数々のフェスに出演し、FUJI ROCK FESTIVALでは前夜祭のトリを務め会場を熱狂に包んだ。一方、眼鏡市場やTOYOTA VOXYのCM音楽に抜擢されるなども。 2017年に活動休止したが、2023年10月、6年ぶりの新曲をリリース。また、2023年11月の自主企画でライブ活動を再開し、即日完売となる。SYNCHRONICITY '24 & '25、出演。

REGA is an instrumental band that captivates music lovers with overwhelming and emotional live performances. Their sounds, while meticulously structured, carry an human and melodic warmth in a way rarely found in instrumental music.

Originally formed as a four-piece, the band now performs as a guitar, bass, and drums trio. Their shows are an immersive experience, where they try to connect with the audience performing with the full spectrum of human emotion. They have performed at major festivals in Japan including Asagiri JAM, TAICOCLUB, RUSH BALL, and SYNCHRONICITY, and headlined the FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL pre-event, with the entire venue engulfed in frenzy. Their music has also been featured in TV commercials for brands such as TOYOTA VOXY and Megane Ichiba.

After going on hiatus in 2017, the band returned in November 2023 and sold out that show immediately. They have since appeared at SYNCHRONICITY ’24 and ’25, and will release a new album in November 2025.
